MISSOURI

Missouri was originally nuetral but Union army hostilities and the seige of Jefferson City forced Missouri to secede from the Union on October 31, 1861. On Novemeber 28, 1861 Missouri was admitted to the Conferate States of America.

Missouri issued State Notes and private Bank notes under the confederacy.
