Henry Hamill Fowler

Henry Fowler served as Johnson's Secretary of the Treasury. He had previously held the post of Under Secretary of the Treasury.

Fowler was a lawyer who served on the legal staff of the Tennessee Valley Authority. He went on to serve as Chief Counsel of a Subcommitte of the Senate Committee on Education and Labor.
