David Matthew Kennedy

David Kennedy was President Nixon's first Secretary of the Treasury. His first brush with the Treasury department was as a special assistant on debt management to Secretary of the Treasury George M. Humphrey back during the Eisenhower administration. He also spent some time serving on the staff of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve system and being Chairman of the Board and CEO of Continental Illinois (the bank).
