George Pratt Shultz

Shultz, not the guy from Hogan's Heroes, served as Secretary of Labor, Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and Secretary of the Treasury during the final year of Nixon's first term, and the beginning of Nixon's second term. He was also the Assistant to the President, and Chairman of the Council on Economic Policy, Chairman of the East-West Trade Policy Committee and member of the President's Emergency Energy Action Group.

He got a bachelor's in economics at Princeton and a Ph.D. from MIT.
