Lawrence H. Summers

Prior to serving as the Secretary of the Treasury, Lawrence Summers served as Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs, and Deputy Secretary of the Treasury. He's also been Vice President of Development Economics and Chief Economist of the World Bank.
