Frank White

Frank White was elected to the State House of Representatives, State Senate, as Governor of North Dakota, and on the State Board of Regents. After all of this, he settled down for several years as Treasurer of the United States.

Farmer, lawyer, banker, businessman and soldier, as well as politician, White seems to have served his state well. He served in both the Spanish American War and the First World War, and was awarded a Silver Star for his bravery in the former.
